| *The SEVIS fee is required for all F-1 (student) visa applications. This is a one-time payment. To make the process easy for you, the IELP will collect and submit your SEVIS fee to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Your SEVIS fee receipt will be mailed to you with your I-20. |

| Refund Policy - The application fee is non-refundable. $225 of the $300 housing deposit is refundable upon moving out of the dormitory, non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Students who prepay their tuition costs will receive a full refund if they have notified the IELP 7 or more days before the beginning of the session. Students who prepay the tuition and give less than 7 days notice will be refunded all except $100. No refunds are given to students who have arrived and registered in the IELP. |
